Your Property Portal operates across the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands but we do allow global access to all properties we have. 

Investor funds are typically secured against property leases or structured agreements with developers. We only work with established developers and structured investments that offer strong contractual protections to safeguard investor capital.

How close to completion does the development need to be?

What kind of returns can I expect?

Returns vary based on the specific investment structure, but we aim to provide a minimum of 10% per annum, with additional profit-sharing opportunities where applicable. All returns are fixed and agreed upon before investment.
